Sail and Work Experience
Stefanie's passion for sailing began whilst dingy racing on the Austrian lakes and spending most of her childhood summers sailing throughout the Mediterranean with her parents. Working as a flight attendant in her twenties, Stefianie possesses excellent knowledge of different countries and itineraries for perfect vacations. As a travel enthusiast herself, she has lots of experience in chartering yachts for pleasure with family and friends. She is also, in fact, no stranger to IKIGAI having hosted a charter in the summer of 2019 with Andreas. Making a dream team, she thus returns to IKIGAI looking forward to host further charters alongside Andreas as the season begins to pick up.
As the Chef/Hostess Stefanie is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable and that all dietary requirements are met. She is a creative cook, varying her meals to provide variety and according to the location of IKIGAI in order to have as much relevance as possible to the country being visited.
