Captain: Andreas Chapsas (Greek)
Captain Andreas is an experienced Yacht Captain with more than 15 years of expertise in luxury yachting, charter operations, yacht deliveries and guest-focused hospitality. He currently serves as Captain onboard private and charter motor yachts, overseeing all aspects of vessel operation, navigation, safety management, maintenance coordination and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Throughout his yachting career, he has captained a wide range of luxury motor yachts, including the Ferretti 780, Ferretti 72, Princess 76, Princess 65, Pershing 70, Azimut 68 and Uniesse 70, while also serving onboard the 50m M/Y Toy A. His experience includes private ownership, luxury charter operations, and high-end hospitality, working with international clientele across Greece, Croatia, Montenegro and the Mediterranean. His yachting experience includes private and charter yachts across Greece, Croatia and Montenegro, as well as approximately 40.000 NM of international yacht deliveries. His qualifications include a Greek Seaman's Book, Basic and Advanced Fire Fighting Certificates, Maritime Security Awareness (ISSA), Social Responsibility (ISSA), VHF Short Range Certificate, Offshore Sea Power Instructor certification, Advanced Sailing certification, Rope & Boat Rescue Training (Rescue 3 International), First Aid (BLS), PADI Open Water Diver certification, Sailing License and Speed Boat Operator License.

Known for his professionalism, reliability and calm leadership, Andreas combines excellent seamanship with meticulous attention to detail, strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering first-class service. He is highly adaptable, guest-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence and discretion. He speaks Greek and English.

Chef: Rona Sheila G. Dapun (Filipino)
Chef Rona is an experienced yacht chef with a long-standing career in both luxury hospitality and the yachting industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science with a minor in English and has further enhanced her professional skills through studies in Culinary Arts, Business Management and a variety of international culinary seminars. Her passion for cooking and continuous development has allowed her to build a diverse culinary background specializing in Mediterranean, Asian and international cuisine. She joined the yachting industry in 2008 as an onboard chef aboard M/Y Mai Five and has since worked on a variety of private and charter yachts including M/Y Lady P, M/Y Salty, M/Y Atlantis, M/Y Almaz, M/Y Elene and M/Y Mama. In addition to her yachting experience, she also served as Embassy Chef for the Sudan Embassy in Athens, where she was responsible for preparing high-standard international cuisine and catering official events. Her extensive background allows her to adapt effortlessly to different guest preferences and dietary requirements. Chef Rona is known for her professionalism, reliability, and warm personality onboard. With many years of experience in both hospitality and administration, she brings excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to every yacht she joins. Passionate about cooking and continuous learning, she enjoys creating flavorful dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. She speaks English and Filipino fluently.

Stewardess: Melanie Guinabar (Filipino)
Melanie is onboard M/Y MIREN for the last three years. She is an adaptable, flexible and easy-going person. Also, she is a good communicator with a great eye for detail. As a reliable hardworking crew member, she thrives as a part of the team and likes to bring a positive uplifting energy. Melanie will warmly welcome the guests onboard M/Y MIREN and will work hard during the charters to ensure a relaxing and unforgettable cruise. She speaks English.

Deckhand/Sailor: Johnuel Christ Macalintal (Filipino)
Johnuel is a motivated and hardworking deckhand with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills. He takes pride in maintaining the vessel to the highest standards through deck maintenance, mooring operations, cleaning and general upkeep. He is reliable, adaptable and able to perform efficiently under pressure while always prioritizing safety and professionalism. He is committed to supporting the crew, delivering excellent service and contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the vessel. In addition to his technical responsibilities, Johnuel understands the importance of delivering an exceptional guest experience. He is polite, approachable and attentive to guests' needs, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. He enjoys interacting with guests, assisting them during water activities, helping with luggage and onboard service when required and ensuring they feel comfortable, safe and well looked after throughout their time on board.
