RIGAS TSALIS
Captain Rigas is a graduate of the Hellenic Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and has over 17 years of professional sea service. He has extensive knowledge of the maritime industry and is equipped to handle both commercial vessels and leisure boats. He therefore possesses the skillset, knowledge and experience to effectively lead Lithi’s crew and ensure the peace of mind of our guests’, their safety and comfort.
Captain Rigas aims to create exceptional experiences for our guests in an environment of relaxed elegance while cruising and enjoying the unique blue of the Mediterranean and the magical sunsets. Exploring remote beaches, snorkeling, fishing, approaching beautiful traditional harbors whilst having the opportunity to savour local delicacies. His free time is dedicated to his family, creating moments of meaningful connection and joy. He enjoys the rhythmic explosion of emotions and satisfaction of playing drums and the precision and sense of achievement from I.P.S.C. practical shooting.

Chef
YANNIS POLYDERAS
Yiannis is fully committed to yachting and passionate about cooking and his role aboard perfectly combines the two. In 2006 he completed his studies as Chef de Cuisine at the Le Monde - Institute of Hotel and Tourism in Athens and has been working as a Chef on private yachts for the past 15 years. During this time, he has completed the Eurochef Italian and French Haute Cuisine study program at Le Monde as well as French cuisine courses at Ferrandi Paris. Other seminars include Vegan and Plant-based Chef training in Manchester UK as well as a week-long Italian traditional cuisine session with renowned Chef and author Valentina Harris in Tuscany, Italy, specializing in risotti. He has also successfully obtained WSET’s Level 1 Award in Wines & Spirits. He is a graduate of the Exclusive Butler School UK. In February 2024 he will take part at a Cuisine Minceur training organized by The Academy Monaco and benefit from 48 hours of learning next to a MOF Chef de Cuisine.
Yiannis is the proud father of a young boy and a dedicated family man, always with a big smile on his face whose aim is to offer a unique culinary journey of sensations to his guests. His suggestion to all is to try the Mediterranean cuisine as well as some island nightlife! In his free time, he enjoys
travelling around the world with his family.

Bosun - Head Steward
NIKOS DIMOULAS
Nikos began his career in the yachting industry in 2008 working as an Able Seaman aboard private yachts. He holds the Skipper Class A license as well as an offshore sailing diploma by the Yacht Club of Greece and has sailed extensively in the Mediterranean over the past 15 years. He is a graduate of the Exclusive Butler School UK and has also successfully obtained WSET’s Levels 1 and 2 in Wine & Spirits as well as the WSPC HESTIA Advanced Certificate on Greek Wines. In January 2024 he will take part at an on board hospitality training organized by The Academy Monaco and benefit from 24 hours of training by the MOF Maitre d'Hotel Pierre Marie Ragon and 48 hours of training by the Housekeeping MOF Marie Favre.
Nikos is a team player and agile learner with a growth mindset whose motto is 'think positive all the time because that brings you luck.' He loves travelling by sea and sees every trip as a new adventure. His suggestion to our guests would be to visit the Greek islands and try the Greek cuisine as well as explore some of Greece’s underwater wonders. He loves spending time with his family, reading, learning new things and exercising.

AGGELOS BOULOUKOS
Aggelos’ love for the sea made him leave behind a 16-year career as a Computerized Accounting Specialist. He is a graduate of the Exclusive Butler School UK. In January 2024 he will take part at an on board hospitality training organized by The Academy Monaco and benefit from 24 hours of training by the MOF Maitre d'Hotel Pierre Marie Ragon and 48 hours of training by the Housekeeping MOF Marie Favre. Aggelos will also attend WSET trainings with the aim of completing Level 1 and Level 2 Award in Wines by the end of 2024.
For our guests he considers cruising around the Mediterranean as an opportunity for relaxation, delicious meals, true pleasure and enjoyment of the diverse Greek seascape always with respect to the marine environment. His goal is to offer a safe and high-quality experience, continually learning and improving the level of service provided. Guests will get to feel and love the sea, whether it is through water sports, sailing, scuba diving or just gazing. In his free time, Aggelos enjoys running, billiards and soccer.
